Some of what this course covers:

It is increasingly important to teach young girls to love themselves. With all that they are exposed to, both amongst their peers and in the digital world, teen girls are struggling with self-love, self-confidence and integrity. In this interactive and creative course, we will provide a safe space for the girls to discuss how they are feeling and to practice skills that will increase their confidence, self-love and the power to stay true to who they are.
