Apart from our 8-week courses, we also run a number of one-day workshops.

The workshops consist of a combination of movement, stories, games, movie clips, role-play and creative activities to ensure FUN while learning.

* For more information on dates, times and areas please see our calendar below:

The Dealing with Feelings workshop will be an overview of the types of feelings we experience and how we can see, hear or feel them.  The children will be taught techniques and given tools to empower them to take responsibility for their own feelings and actions.

One of the key techniques the children will be taught in the workshop is belly breathing as this will help them when they are feeling nervous, anxious or angry or can't get to sleep.

Anxiety is the number one mental health problem facing children and adolescents today. Without assistance, children tend to grow into their fears, not grow out of them.

In this workshop children will learn tools & techniques to help them manage their worries and fear.

In this workshop we will share what makes us angry and how we respond or react.  The children will be taught many techniques and given tools to empower them to take responsibility for their anger and to release this uncomfortable feeling in a positive way.

This 3-part workshop is designed to equip children with tools and techniques to manage friendships, communicate effectively and feel good about themselves and others.

Part 1: What makes a good friend?

Part 2: Friendship & communication

Part 3: Kindness & empathy

* Can be booked as separate workshops or all three

Pressure to be "in", pressure to perform, pressure to pass, pressure to please, pressure to post and reply...

In this fun interactive workshop we provide the girls with a safe space to share stories, have discussions, be creative and assist them with the often overwhelming feelings that may arise with the teenage years.

Workshop designed to assist girls with understanding and relating to boys.
